Our Biblical Life Coaching will help you overcome obstacles and piece together some practical strategies to get from (a) where you presently are to (b) where you really want to be in life!
We all have areas in our lives that we would like to improve and, although we often already know what to do to be more successful, most of us simply don’t do it and we need someone who can help us move forward in the direction that we desire to go, in order to reach our goals.
Life Coaching helps you get where you want to be by breaking down the barriers you impose on yourself.
Life Coaching will help you bridge the gap between a) where you are and b) where you would like to be.
Biblical Life Coaching does exactly the same, but adds the benefit of a faith-based, Biblical approach.
A faith-based Life Coach is …
• Your own personal life trainer to enable you to achieve your goals
• Your champion and cheerleader during a turnaround.
• Your trainer in communication and life skills.
• Your sounding board when making important choices.
• Your motivation when strong actions are called for.
• Your unconditional support when you take a hit.
• Your mentor in personal self development.
• Your co-designer when creating an extraordinary project.
• Your beacon and friend during stormy times.
• Your wake-up call if you don’t hear your own.
• Your partner in helping you have all of what matters most to you.
The role of your Life Coach …
Rather than TELLING you what to do, your Life Coach will be a catalyst for getting you to find the answers yourself. By ASKING challenging and thought provoking questions, a Life Coach can unlock your potential.
Coaching is forward looking and focused on the action you are willing to take to get where you want to be. Sometimes you can’t see the forest because of the trees! You are so wrapped up in everyday living that life just passes you by! Coaching enables you to take a step back and see different alternatives by examining your life and all its component parts. This in turn leads to greater self-awareness, focus and accountability.
How does Coaching work?
A Life Coaching session can be done in person, on the telephone, via Skype, or by email. It can also be done in Group Coaching over the telephone (or teleclass), or in local seminars.
During each session, usually weekly, the coach and the client will discuss and explore the client’s journey, including their goals, wins, challenges and opportunities, as well as develop fieldwork for the coming week.
Fieldwork consists of action steps to move you closer toward your goals and dreams. You bring the agenda and the coach brings the coaching skills to create a partnership that moves you forward.
Life Coaching sessions are usually weekly, lasting from a half-hour to one hour. They may be focused on one specific goal or challenge you are facing, or on a much broader set of personal or professional issues.
Your life can be powerfully changed through our Biblical Life Coaching.
